I haven’t gone anywhere! Whether you have been worried or not I wanted you to know that I have been working! It’s just taking my awhile to all my files in order. Don’t worry, I’ll be adding new stuff soon! Just hang in there. and really spread the word about my stuff…I need more things to do!

First the first time in a long time I can say that I have not been blogging because I have been BUSY! That’s right, BUSY! I went full time at my job (finally) and have been super busy with free-lance projects as well. Hang in there dear readers,I will have new designs to upload soon!

Great names! And it’s even better that those are the names of the colors of paper I used to make the baby cousin’s Save the Date cards for her wedding! I added the photo under handmade cards and invitations…

I’ve gone watercolor crazy! Look out!!! Maybe I’m crazy or maybe I’m tired of doing laundry at the moment, or more like avoiding it as the husband is telling me. Ok MAYBE I am avoiding it but that just means that you guys are getting more new artwork.
So hold on kids…the watercolor adventure continues….
I have this friend, he’s pretty awesome if I do say so! He reminds me everyday that I need to put down the cellphone, quit cleaning my house, not do any work and to paint, draw and just be creative. For this I love him.
Which brings me back to watercolors…now mind you that I don’t work with watercolors and my last attempt was, well, less than successful. While talk to this friend on the phone he asked if I had plans for the weekend. I told him no, and after a few jabs about me being old and no fun, he said the word “Watercolor” To that I responded “Do you need a new painting?” He laughed and said that he would take the artwork when it was finished, but he thinks I should take all this old person free time and to work on my watercolor skills. He knows that I can master it! I laughed at him then, but now I may just give them a shot again. Mastering watercolors probaly not but I might as well give it the old college try…
So be on the look out, looks like there’s watercolor in my future…
I got to thinking that it might be a better idea for me to have two blogs instead of just one. The one that you are currently reading will be used mostly for my artwork, designs and photography as I am trying to my name out there. This blog is just part of the husbands plan for me to make a million dollars! The other part is starting an online store on esty.com. Actually I have signed up for the store but I am kind of scared to offer my work for payment! I’m freaking out over if anyone would actually buy it…but really thats of topic!

The idea for the two blogs is more for myself rather than my readers. I want to be able to keep things simple. Write about work ideas and photos in one blog and then write about everyday life in another.
